Mounting Methods
The following mounting methods are available for Formed Plastic Letters.
Plain and Flange are mounting method 1. All other mounting methods are mounting method 2. Use this when pricing the letters you are looking for. Call 1-800-416-8380 for assistance, or to place your order.

FLANGE is a flat, 3/16" to 1/2" perimeter on the letter return into which holes can be drilled. Secure with screws or nails. Wider flange available upon request. Not recommended for letters under 6".
INSTALL METHOD 1

PLAIN letters have no installation hardware.
INSTALL METHOD 1

WIRES are stainless steel hooks inserted into plsatic blocks glued to the inside of the letter. Available for flush mounting or with 1/2", 1", 1-1/2" or 2" standoffs on flat faced letters 6" or larger.
INSTALL METHOD 2

BRACKETS are L-shaped plastic projections flared outward from the back of the letter. All inside brackets oand outside brackets on letters over 18" will be shipped unattached.
INSTALL METHOD 2

PADS are plastic disks on the rear of the letters. Secure the letters to the wall with silicone adhesive. Adjustable or flush pads available upon request.
INSTALL METHOD 2

STUDS are metal threaded posts on the rear of the letters. Specify stud lengths of 1", 2" 3", 4", 5" and 6". Specify if studs need to be in line for brick or block wall mortar joints.

COMBINATION ALL letters have stud through pads on all mounts. Specify if studs need to be in line for brick or block mortar joints.
INSTALL METHOD 2

COMBINATIONS have pads at the bottom and pad/stud combinations at the top of the letter. Specify if studs need to be in line for brick or block wall mortar joints. Not for letters under 6"
INSTALL METHOD 2

FOAM FILLED letters are filled with rigid urethane foam and cut flush to the back edge of the letter. Available for letters 9" and smaller.

FREE STANDING letters have 90 degree mounting brackets for installation on roofs. Other angles available upon request. Price is 3 times plain letter.
